Real-time updates in Controller Web, for changes made in Controller classic, relating to tabs such as 'Reconciliation', 'Intercompany' and 'Status'

This enhancement request is linked to another one (https://ibm-data-and-ai.ideas.aha.io/ideas/BACC-I-275)

- However, I was asked to created it (by IBM Support) because it is subtly different.

There is a known limitation with Controller Web (see https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/node/1167568, plus also case TS004629628) where if you make changes in Controller 'classic' client (for example to fix a reconciliation issue) then Controller Web does not get automaticaly updated

=> Therefore the reconciliations 'issue' warnings incorrectly still appear (in Controller Web) to the end user (despite the fact that those issues have been fixed in 'classic' client).

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Scenario #1 (case TS004629628):
- There is 1 reconciliation problem reported in Controller Web (for a specific company)
- User fixes this reconciliation issue in Controller 'classic' client, by running “Copy Opening balances for Reported Value”
- User then switches back to Controller *Web*. However, it still shows that there is 1 reconciliation issue
--- Even if the user refreshes their web browser, Controller Web does not change how many reconciliation issues there are
- In other words, any 'issues' that are shown by Controller Web (inside 'Reconciliation - Accounts') are not changed/updated even when those related problems are fixed inside Controller Classic.
=> Therefore the user cannot 'submit' their company (in Controller Web) to say that it is ready (because the system won't allow it because there are reconciliation differences showing in Controller Web, which actually don't exist because they were fixed in 'classic' client!)
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Scenario #2 (case TS004995620)

- There are 10 reconciliation problems shown in Controller Web

- However (due to Controller Web caching problem) the system *erroneously* allows the 'submit' button to be active (not greyed out)

=> In other words, it means that (in Controller Web) users are able to “Submit” (change status to “Ready”) without the company being reconciled. This is against accountancy practices!!

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The only workaround to BOTH of the above issues is for users to *manually* press a button 'refresh' inside the 'Intercompany' tab (in Controller Web). This triggers Controller Web to refresh itself.
- HOWEVER, this means that users can never trust what they see on the screen. They will have to press 'refresh' before ever using this menu item (in Controller Web) because they can never guarantee that what they see is correct.
I was originally told that the long-term aim (of IBM Development) is to fix this issue by making Controller Web *automatically* update itself when Controller classic updates the numbers/figures.
- Later, I was told that this fix will only happen if I raise an enhancement request (so this is it).
