When locking a company with the Command Center no User ID, who locked the company is written. When using the Company status, User ID is written.
Both functions are doing the same but with the Command Center the audit trail is broken since no User ID is written.
According to R&D this is a limitation, in my opinon this is a bug which should be removed, since Audit trail is broken.
|Who would benefit from this IDEA?||All customers|
How should it work?
When locking a company with Command Center the User ID should be written to Audit log the same way as if you would lock the company with the function Company Status.
|Priority Justification||According to recommondation of IBM, customers are working now intensively with the Command Center. But looking into the Audit Tool there is no statement who has locked the companies.|
