Users are now accessing 2 databases at a time, after refreshing the Excel-Link reports and saving, a second User using the report is unable to identify which database is the data refreshed belongs to.
Currently Users need to rename the file after each refresh to identify which database the file was refreshed from.
Why is it useful?
|Who would benefit from this IDEA?||Customers will easily be able to see which database had been used to refresh the Excel-Link reports.|
How should it work?
There should be a cc.f<function> for showing which database the data is being refreshed from. It should work similar to the cc.fLastRefresh function but showing the database alongside the date and time refreshed.
|Priority Justification||Customer currently is confused with which database they refreshed the data against. So alot of time is spent re-refreshing the report everytime they open it.|
|Customer Name||Tuan Sing Holdings Ltd|
