Correct License Agreement report for showing Active Users when using SSO

The License Agreement report does not show the correct number of Active Users when using SSO. Since SSO is the most common used setting for Controller, this is a defect and must be corrected.

How should it work?

Correct the report. Since the Right-Users menu does show the correct number, the report must be changed to look at that setting. Not at theĀ  'Active' setting when using Native-security

Priority Justification IBM requests Deloitte to perform audits and has created this report. It must work properly for all security-settings

    Discussed with one of the development leads, this definitely should be a support ticket and should work. Let's take communication directly now, e-mail me if you have any issues raising the case again.

    Hi Paul,

    I already created a case. 'Case TS002365958 - License Agreement report incorrect.

    The answer was that we needed to switch to 'Native' to get the correct data from the report. Therefore I asked for the new RFE-link. Since the Rights menu does show the correct number of Active users, the report is not looking at the correct place for the active users.
