One of the biggest abilities of WA is how easy and fast it is to add, tune or retrain comments. However I find I’ve recently found that I have to do this via a full screen (laptop/desktop). You CAN use it in a mobile device browser but it’s by no means optimized and difficult to use the UI.
Id like to request a mobile web optimized interface so content managers/administrators can quickly update and tune their Assistants from their mobile device. If I can pull up my assistant in a phone when someone asks a question that it doesn’t know and in real time update it, then tell that same user they can ask again, that is extremely powerful and improves my leadership and organization perception of Watson.
