Search skill message prompt to support multiple line or HTML tags in web chat widget

For search skill message prompt that consist of multiple line or HTML tags, web chat widget will treat it as normal text without formatting it accordingly. The web chat widget just ignore the multi line or HTML message prompt and display a single paragraph non formatted text. My customer has a requirement of multiple line and HTML message prompt for search skill result. This will enable the customer to enter multiple line & HTML message prompt, eg. to tell the user to call helpdesk during office hour or send email after office hour if they cannot find the answer in the search result. HTML can be use to highlight email address and phone number.

I agree with this - we need a lot more flexibility in how the web chat widget reads results from the search skill.
