Annotation-based method with system entities

When configuring intents, why cannot annotate samples with system entities.

For example

"I want to book an appointment with Dr. John for Fifi on next week"

Ideally I would like to annotate "John" as "@sys-person" and "next week as a "@sys-date" and Fifi as a @pet-name, where @pet-name is a custom defined entity. "I want to book an appointment with Sr. @sys-person for @pet-name on @sys-date". But unfortunately I cannot use system entities in annotations. It would be great if we could use it.

Annotating builds a model around the entity you are annotating, and we do not allow individual users to train the system entities, as the same technology is used for all users of Watson Assistant.

You could train your own person entity using contextual entities and not rely on the sys-person since you are giving it data in relation to your specific use case.
