Export Recommender results

User Story: As a chatbot developer,  I want to have the Watson Assistant Recommender export the results (to CSV file or otherwise) so that I can easier work with the results to increase the effectiveness of my chatbot.

 

This export would be very helpful to work with compared to current UI view of results.   It would be helpful because:

1) we could see all samples for the intents, not just the first 20,

2) we would be able to review it easier with Subject Matter experts when it's in a spreadsheet

3) it would save us time to retype the intents and utterances.

    You can download recommenders via CSV currently.

    Explored the rest of this idea with expanding from the first 20 and and ran into issues with performance. Not in the roadmap for the forseeable future.
