You currently support Slack and Messenger integration out of the box. I know you have a GitHub based web widget project, but it would still be very very useful to add an out of the box web widget -type integration, to make it easy to deploy Assistant-based chatbots to websites. There are many chat platforms out there and many support this feature. In your forums you cite the argument that developing one's own web/HTML widget gives greater control. Well this might be true in some cases, but if you had a good, configurable web widget, the control would still be there, but life would be so much easier for users.Google's and Amazon's conversational offerings both include this. Your current onlien preview chat is not too user friendlz compared to what other chat platforms can do.
Why is it useful?
|Who would benefit from this IDEA?||Customers who want to leverage the infrastructure and the highly customizable Watson Assistant conversation development but who do NOT want to spend resources on creating a HTML/web widget|
How should it work?
