Generate Bitmaps from Image Gallery in saved HTML

Do not log error messages in cognos logs when users use cancel button in prompt pages

we would like to avoid having errors in logs due to users using cancel button in prompt pages. Today when they click cancel in prompts there is error in logs/audit which we do not consider normal as it is standard user activity.
