Enhanced mathematical functions for larger data types

Some Mathematical functions accept dfloat as input but in output are restricted to int32. These functions need to be expanded to be able to return int64 values

Support of IBM DB2 Data Server Driver Package (instead of DB2 Data Server Client)

Support of the different DB2 Data Server Driver Packages instead/in addition to DB2 Data Server Client. The big advantage is, that the Driver Packages are much smaller and also easier to install. Also they don't need any additional DB2-User.
