Support for IE 11

We would like support for IE 11 for the FTM console, we are currently not able to use the latest browser. After log in you are redirected to a white page.

Populate the Raw Data tab

On the Inbound Transmission Hierarchy screen, there are multiple tabs for a transaction, one of which is the Raw Data tab. This tab is not getting populated in the 3.0.6.1. code. This should populate with the EWS request-response data.
