GUI Filter Option "starts with" / "ends with" / "contains"

As it was implemented in Cognos 10, the filter option "starts with", "end with" and "contains" should be avaiable in the GUI filter dialog.

Ellipses in the Team Content provides a way to 'Create report'

Consumer/user do not have capability to create/delete report. However in the Team Content, by clicking on the ellipses located next to the folder/package, user can see ‘Create report’. A better approach would be to hide the ellipses altogether.
