Within a Dynamic report (active form) published to PAW, have the ability to edit at an elevated level and have it break back down to lower levels. Would like this same functionality to be available when working with a dynamic report in PAX

To be able plan in % and have it spread down based on contribution instead of all values at the lower level getting the same keyed in % value.

Expose read-only flag via rest api

Since it is relevant for licensing, the read-only flag should be exposed via the rest api. At the moment the only way to retrieve the flag is by querying the clientproperties cube.
