"Select All" Filter Limitation in Reports

Add the option to Select All after searching for values in a Reports filter or remove the limitation when trying to shift-click a large data set.The limitation seems like a bug, but support from case number TS000955204 said to open a RFE to resolve.

Allow customization per Cognos "Group" (not just "Roles")

Currently in C11 customization is only available per security "Role". If your security is based on Cognos "Groups" then you can not use customization. Please make it available for security "Groups" as well!
