Add support for TLS 1.2 (OpenSSL 1.0.1) to Cognos Gateway Apache module

The Apache module for the Cognos BI gateway (mod2_2_cognos.so) is currently compiled against OpenSSL version 0.9.8. In order to be run on a web server that supports TLS 1.2, this component needs to be compiled against OpenSSL 1.0.1g or above.

Restrict Users from sharing Credentials to run reports/jobs

In IBM Congos connection going to "My Area Options" > "My Preferences" > "Personal" tab users can add other users to share thier credentials to run activities. This can't be controlled from capabilities or by customizing xml files.
