System Administrator should have the ability to renew credentials on behalf of any other user

System Administrators current have no ability to renew other users credentials on their behalf. This is very inconvenient as it would otherwise be necessary to always know users' credentials prior to renewing them.

Use Filter item + displayitem from Framework Model in Workspace Advanced

The options in Frameworkmanager Use filter item and Use Display Item for QueryItems is not respected by Workspace Advanced. WSA always fitlers on the Queryitem itself.
