Our business area has a requirement not allowing users to upload or download sensitive information directly to/from CP4D via files. wondering if uploading or downloading files could be disabled in CP4D?

We have business users from different units. Instead of disabling for all users, could this be done in fine grained and configurable? for example, could upload or download be configured to only apply to certain individual users or role? Some users...
