Store filter selections per user in shared Dashboards

In shared Dashboards it would be great if each user can store his individual filter values in drop down filters so when he access the dashboard later it would be loaded by using those filters.

Colour consistency should be definable across all objects, not just within a single dashboard. And we should have attributes on members, not just data items.
