To notify user before timeout

Right now when timeout is happening, TM1Web would just become irresponsive, or a new action would then cause a timeout error, however, unlike other product or website, it prompts to user and ask if the user want to continue working or not.

Ability for the end users to delete comments they added using the Add Comment feature

There is a functionally gap with the Add Comment feature. The users need the ability to delete their own comments. They use this feature during our budgeting process.
