The "Files and Attachments" should be available for reporting as well

Currently there is no mechanism to show the related/uploaded Files i.e., SOXDocuments for reporting in Cognos, this limits the capability of the report and the users always have to navigate back to the system to see, if there are any attached files and if they are then what are they. This translates to situtaions e.g., a user viewing a Final Audit report is clicking on every observation of go back to the system and see if there is anything attached. So if in Cognos we can see the list and details of the attachments and the attachment itself, it would provide a sense of completion to the reports for end users.
